Fulfillment Center deals with the complete organization and realization of delivery of packages to your customers, without need to package, address and send each order by yourself. Fulfillment Center actually does everything for you! The services we offer are:

No, you have no obligation either about import, or about customs clearance, or about coming from the customs warehouse to ours. The unloading and sorting by pallet places is organized by us, and each product receives its own barcode upon entry. Thanks to that barcode, we will know at any time where which product is and which quantity is in question. You will also be able to keep track of how much you have in stock in real time.
The monthly fee is not always the same. You pay for storage space depending on how much your goods take up. It means that if you sell more goods, you can pay a lower storage fee next month than the previous month.
After the agreement on cooperation, we perform integration thanks to which all orders from your site arrive with us for processing and sending. Each order is checked before packing and sending. In case of irregularities, we contact you immediately in order to correct it and prevent the possibility of the package return.
We also take care of them. All rejected packages are returned to our warehouse, and then we decide together with you whether to send them again or whether the listed products are returned in stock. In case of replacement or the package return, we also communicate with the courier service and make a request for return.
